(Serious) Life Play™ is a set of my favourite ‘go to’ Life design exercises.

Each exercise will help you to find clarity and confidence in who you are, what you want and how to get there. These exercises are full of the questions that I have asked and answered in my own life and with clients all over the world. They’re the questions that we all know we need to ask and answer, but find ourselves too busy or scared to make the time.
